A Ukrainian youth coach was killed by shellfire on Wednesday.
It was the president of Shakhtar Donetsk, Sergei Palkin who announced the sad news, two days after the death of two Ukrainian footballers. “One of our employees was killed yesterday. A youth coach. He was killed by a fragment of a Russian shell.” he writes on social networks.
For his part, head coach Roberto De Zerbi left Ukraine last Monday, the 42-year-old Italian returned to Italy with his staff thanks to the intervention of UEFA and the Italian government.
