Warhammer 40,000: Darktide releases new trailer and opens pre-orders

Expected for September 13, Warhammer 40,000: Darktideby the creators of Vermintide, split a new trailer. What’s more, the title also took the opportunity to open its pre-orders. Here is all you need to know.

New trailer in CGI, and pre-orders open

Failing to have real gameplay, the title of Fatshark is therefore illustrated in a new video in CGI. Even if we don’t learn much, it nevertheless allows us to have a small glimpse of the heroes that we can control, and who will fight against the forces of chaos. The software will combine, as we recall, firearms, magic and melee in its gameplay, and will of course be playable up to four players in cooperation, as was the case for Warhammer Vermintide 2.

In addition to the trailer, (digital) pre-orders have also opened for Warhammer 40,000: Darktide. The title will offer on Steam, Windows Store and Xbox Store two versions namely the basic version at 39.99 €, and the Imperial Edition. For the first, you will therefore have the basic game, as well as two cosmetic weapons. As for the Imperial Edition, priced at €59.99, you will have the following elements:

  • The basic game
  • The Loyalist Pack with four unique class outfits plus eight weapon skins, headgear, and Ogryn tattoo
  • A Mortis Veteran cosmetic portrait
  • A backpack also cosmetic
  • 2500 Aquila as premium currency
  • A cosmetic weapon, The Atoman Star
  • Another Vanguard of the Imperium cosmetic portrait

Let it be said, the two different editions seem nice, and players eager for cosmetics should easily find their way around.

We also let you enjoy the new screens below of Warhammer 40,000: Darktidewhich will be out September 13 on PC and Xbox Series X/S.
