As WindowsCentral reports based on an article by Bloomberg, the Embracer Group is currently planning to sell the developer studio Saber Interactive for $500 million.

Buyers and possible impacts

So far there is hardly any information about the potential buyer. The article only mentions a group of private investors. In 2020, the Embracer Group is said to have bought the development studio for $150 million. Accordingly, Saber Interactive’s goodwill has increased by $350 million to date.
