Reheat food
These are the three most common mistakes when using a microwave
Regardless of whether it is the meal from the day before, the porridge for your child or the quick breakfast porridge: a microwave can be used in many ways. However, many of us keep making the same mistakes when using them without even knowing it.
Open the door, enter the meal, start and after about two to three minutes the food should be warm. When things have to go fast and you want to save time cooking, a microwave like this is exactly the right kitchen appliance. Often, however, the food is heated unevenly and in some places the microwave does not seem to have had any effect. Why is that?
Reheating food: These mistakes prevent your meal from heating evenly
The fact that your food is not heated evenly does not necessarily mean that your device is broken. On the contrary, inside the microwave there are so-called “dead zones” that do not receive anything from the electrical energy and the resulting heat. Often a little movement helps and the food is the same warm everywhere. We’ll tell you in the video which mistakes are made particularly often when using microwaves and how you can avoid them.
