In October 2022, the tactical RPG from Shiro Games, Wartales, welcomed its fifth region Gosenberg. A few weeks later, the title was entitled to a new update, bringing in particular the cooperative mode (up to four players). However, the developers at Shiro Games do not intend to stop there.
Preview of updates coming in 2023 on Wartales
Indeed, the development studio in charge of Wartales has just shared a roadmap with information about the updates to come at the start of 2023 on the game. This roadmap was unveiled on the game’s Steam page as well as via a post on the software’s official Twitter account.
Thus, we learn that in February, a patch will be deployed. This will bring several noveltiesof which the fast travel between regions », a customization system for banners, and many others.
Furthermore, at second trimester, another updatewhich will bring the game to version 1.0, will add a new region. This one is called “Alazar”. In addition, the level (level cap) will then be increased. Finally, the developers planned, among other things, to introduce new champions, arenas and a “ forsaken village ». However, at this time, Shiro Games has not indicated a release date for these next two updates.
