With the launch of Warzone 2.0battle royale players were able to discover a multitude of new features, including a new mode, DMZ. Currently in beta, the gameplay is quite different from Warzone 2.0 as such, since it offers PvE, in addition to PvP. Some even wonder if it is possible to play it solowithout ending up with unknown teammates.
Can we play DMZ mode solo?
Technically, the answer is yes we can play DMZ mode alone. However, this is not a way to only compete against single players, since it is impossible to do so. Either way, unless you’re a little lucky, you’ll come up against teams of three players, the default size. Fact, by launching a solo DMZ game you will be penalized very quickly.
On the one hand, AI bots will only focus on you, increasing the possibility of being killed by them. On the other hand, winning a 1v3 is not necessarily easy and will make your progress much more difficult. However, if you want play DMZ mode solo, know that you only have to close your group, via the button located to the right of the location to launch a game called “Fill the squad”. Matchmaking will therefore not attempt to place you with other players.
If you still want launch a solo DMZ game, you will have to be careful, without choosing too much stuff before the start of the game, at the risk of losing it. Do not attack anyone, and not just anytime, so as not to be caught off guard.
In the future, it is not impossible that Activision will bring a solo or duo mode, depending on the evolution of the DMZ modewhich seems to have found its community.
