In addition to the traditional battle royale games, players can try out the game mode, called “DMZ”, on Warzone 2.0. By going to DMZ, they will then have to complete missions from various factions, eliminate bots or opposing players and successfully extract themselves. On the game map, Al Mazrah, you will see Fortresses, positioned at different locations. However, these places are locked. To access it, you must have collected a magnetic key.

Obtain keys to access Fortresses in DMZ mode

There are several ways toget a magnetic key to get into the DMZ mode strongholds of Warzone 2.0. Some are faster and less dangerous than others. But, without further ado, here is how and where to find it.

Loot a key from enemies or players

By going near a Fortress, you will see that there are many AI enemies around. Thus, to approach said place, you will first have to eliminate them. As soon as this is the case, be sure to look at the loot left by the bots. Indeed, with a bit of luck, you might come across a magnetic key, pick it up and open the Fortress. However, be aware that this is not systematic. Which means you could spend 10 or 20 minutes killing bots, around a Fortress or further, without finding a key magnetic.

During your game, you may come across an opposing team. If so, and you’ve eliminated the enemy players, be sure to search their backpacks as well. The latter were able to pick up a magnetic key, before meeting and confronting you. However, as you can imagine, this solution involves some risks. Buy a key at a refueling station

The simplest solution for obtain a magnetic key unlocking access to Fortresses is to buy one via a refueling station (also called “market”). Indeed, the item is available for purchase and costs 5,000 dollars. This sum may seem quite substantial, put like that.
