Unlike its elder Call of Duty: Warzone (renamed Call of Duty: Warzone Caldera, in November 2022), the battle royale Warzone 2.0 invites players to join forces in the Gulag to face a team of two. Indeed, as you probably already know, the Gulag is currently played in 2v2. However, Infinity Ward and Raven Software have plans to change this.
The 1v1 Gulag returns to Warzone 2.0
Indeed, as announced in a recent post on the Infinity Ward Twitter account, we learn that the Gulag 1v1 is coming soon to Warzone 2.0, and more precisely with Season 2. As a reminder, it will be launched on the battle royale as well as on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 on February 15. This news will certainly please the community.

At this time, Infinity Ward and Raven Software have not shared any further information on this. Thus, we do not yet know if the Gulag in 2v2 will be completely removed or if it will still be offered in certain modes/playlists. Nevertheless, in the said publication, we can read the following mention: […] We’ll share more details about that in next week’s article. […] “. Therefore, with regard to the Gulag 1v1 returns to Warzone 2.0we should learn more in a very short time.
