Warzone 2 settings: What settings to make to optimize performance?


Warzone 2.0 is a battle royale. It is therefore no surprise that players seek to be the best, whatever the game mode. But to be more efficient, as often, modifications are necessary in game settings. Whether at the level of pure gameplay or visuals, certain modifications can have a real impact in part to improve your performance. We therefore give you some advice and explanations on the graphic settings that must be modified on Warzone 2.0 to have a best performance Game.

Warzone 2.0, the best settings and graphics settings

Obviously, as always, some changes differ according to the feeling, but also your machine. If you have a relatively new and powerful computer, you will have fewer changes to make than someone with a computer that is several years old.

  • Use of video memory → Leave the default value
  • Texture resolution → To be adjusted according to the power of your PC, the lower the value, the more FPS you will have
  • Anisotropic Filtering → Low
  • Close level of detail → Low
  • Distant level of detail → Low
  • Ground Detail Visibility Distance → Short
  • High particle quality → Low
  • Particle quality level → Very low
  • Bullet holes and sprays → Without
  • Shader Quality → Low
  • Field detail → Without
  • Field memory → Max
  • On-demand texture display → Disable
  • Display quality → Normal
  • Volumetric quality → Low
  • Reported physical quality → Without
  • Parameters related to shadows → Disable all or set to lowest
  • For post-processing effects, disable all or set to lowest

Here, it remains at the discretion of each. But you can, for example, increase the FOV to have more information displayed on your screen. This shouldn’t drop your FPS too much. For the rest, you can leave the default settings.

Naturally, everyone has a different feel, and these settings may not be right for you. Do not hesitate to modify by yourself to find the right balance between performance of the machine and comfort of play.
