Warzone: Dr Disrespect urges Activision to unveil a map

With nothing going on in the battle royale, Dr Disrespect has urged Warzone devs to release a new map to replace Caldera in the coming months, saying the map isn’t able to last a year.

As the arrival of Caldera on Warzone loomed on the horizon, although sad to have to say goodbye to Verdansk, players were still excited to discover a new playground.

Unfortunately, disappointment quickly took precedence over their enthusiasm in the face of an avalanche of bugs, glitches, not to mention the strong comeback of cheaters.

The situation has gotten so bad that Activision took to social media to provide an update, saying the developers are doing everything they can to make things right.

Dr Disrespect calls for a new map to replace Caldera on Warzone

Unsurprisingly, Dr Disrespect is among those who have heavily criticized Warzone in recent weeks. During his last live he went back on his comments, demanding a new emergency card for the battle royale.

After a viewer said that “Warzone is boring“, the streamer shared his thoughts on Caldera and Season 1 and they weren’t exactly flattering.

“Warzone is so boring, I agree with you”, he said. “Actually, I agree with you on this point. I think if I were them, I would be working on a [nouvelle carte]. If they had a solid plan, they would already have another map in the works, almost done.”

He went on to say that he hopes to see a brand new card coming very soon. “And then you release it in 2 months, 3 months. Because there’s no way this card can hold up until next year. Am I wrong or what? I don’t think this card can last another year”, he added.

The streamer isn’t the only one criticizing Caldera, but given the length of Verdansk’s reign and the unquestionable effort that went into its creation, there’s little chance of a new map taking its place. In the coming months.
