Warzone hack providers hit back at Activision

EngineOwning, the famous provider of hacks for Warzone, is going to offer totally free hacks as part of its fight against Richochet and Activision.

EngineOwning has been a pain in the ass for Warzone players. Indeed it is one of the biggest sites for sharing hacks for the game.

In January, the German site was the subject of a massive lawsuit from Activision. In it, the company alleged that the hacks resulted in “millions of dollars” of damage.

However, the hack provider refused to back down. Today they announced a promotional offer to oppose Activision.

Cheating in Warzone is not a recent phenomenon.

EngineOwning Announces Warzone Hacks Will Be Free

In a forum post, the site laid out its plans to fight Ricochet. This post included changes to their Spoofer to prevent anti-cheat from detecting used hacks.

They then revealed that they were going to release a free version of a cheat for Modern Warfare and Warzone.

“The cheater will only have ESP and Radar with a range limited to 100, there will also be no miscellaneous functions”, they announced. “The original version will still be available for purchase for those who prefer the full cheat experience, and the security of the paid version will not be affected by the free version.”

As the fight against cheaters continues, this new development could certainly be a major twist. Especially if the game sees a massive increase in hackers following the free version.

Ricochet has been a thorn in the side of cheaters. However, we’ll have to see if Activision can keep up the momentum or if hacker groups will end up gaining the upper hand once again.
