Warzone players rage over incendiary effects

Warzone players have raised another concern with the current state of the game. This time around incendiary effects, and specifically the eponymous ammo.

Ever since Caldera replaced Verdansk in December 2021, Warzone players have been disappointed with the state of battle royale.

Concerns have been raised about RICOCHET, as the situation regarding cheating remains as serious as ever. While frustrations are also poured out over the bugs and glitches that for many are ruining matches.

Today, players are going after an intentional change from Raven. Indeed it is the addition of incendiary ammunition from Vanguard in Warzone.

Incendiary ammo has spread all over Warzone.

Incendiary ammo is not unanimous in Warzone

Vanguard players have long criticized incendiary ammo and incendiary grenades. Now Warzone players join to see them removed or significantly changed.

“I came back to Warzone after several months”explained the player. “Looks like there’s new shooting ammo for like all guns? And everyone uses them. EVERYBODY. It makes me want to ditch Warzone again because it’s so stupid.”

Many other players echoed these comments. One of them claiming, for example, a “strong response” against incendiary munitions. “Incendiary ammo on Vanguard weapons is OP right now.”

“I use them for the simple reason that I’m going to get kills that I don’t deserve, like after being knocked down my incendiary ammo will kill them. Some perks should counter incendiary rounds and reduce their damage and prevent armor plates from being interrupted by damage over time.”

But grenades are also not left out and regularly cause outcry in the community.

Changes to incendiary effects are definitely a possibility. Despite this, players will have to accept their presence and modulate with it for quite a while.
