Warzone: The devs give news of the problems of the gas mask

It was at the beginning of this month of May that players had the bad surprise to realize that the gas mask of the Battle Royale Call of Duty: Warzone showed some weaknesses, again!

Along with a misleading display that hits the mask’s life bars, the animation still seems to cause players so much trouble. When the latter are indeed in the gas, if they have the equipment, their operator automatically puts on his mask, but, once again, the animation is at the heart of all the tensions.

Devs speak out on the gas mask

Unfortunately, this is not the first time that the gas mask of Warzone is missing, and if season 3 had been able to solve the problem of the animation, it is not. This issue initially prevented players from shooting enemies when the animation triggered, causing them to lose the duel in the majority of cases. This time, the animation prevents players from deploying their parachute.

On Twitter, the former pro player responding to the name of Tyler “TeeP” Polchow shared a clip in which we see him stupidly losing the gamebecause of this deployment issue not snapping due to the mask animation.

As he stands on the roof of a building and aligns several players with a bow, the latter therefore wishes to go into the area, but for that he must jump from the roof. And while he thinks he can trigger his parachute, nothing happens and the animation takes over the parachute.

Then, Ted Timmins, the creative director of the Battle Royale, wanted to address this subject, however so thorny. If at the present time we still have no real correction, the developers are trying somehow to solve this problem.

In view of the latest statements from Ted Timminswe can now hope that the correction of this pesky animation arrives very soon, because as you can imagine, TeeP is unfortunately not the first player to have suffered from this problem.

Only a few days left for Operation Monarch

In the meantime, you still have a few days to enjoy the presence of Godzilla and King Kong through the Operation Monarch event in the city of Caldera. If the latter is not really crazy, it will at least have had the merit of entertaining us for a few seconds.

Moreover, like any self-respecting Warzone event, you can unlock a legendary weapon blueprint through it by meeting the various challenges it offers. Along with the Legendary Blueprint for the Bravo Tactical Rifle, you can also earn some cool stuff like: Monarch Only Lucky Charm, Team Godzilla Emblem, Master of Horizons Calling Card, Team King Kong Emblem, the Ancestral Skull lucky charm, the Bitumen Jungle sticker, the Vestige lucky charm, and finally the One Must Fall spray.

As the days go by, we always learn more about the next Battle Royale Call of Duty: Warzone 2, and if we had the right to some leaks on its map, here is a new leak this time revealing all of its POI (Points of Interest).
