Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific players believe the recent nerfs to the Owen were unnecessary given that the submachine gun is still overpowered.
The Owen has been the most powerful submachine gun in the game for quite a while now and players were pleased to see that the weapon received several nerfs in the Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific Season 3 update. . But in the end, the Owen is still an extremely lethal weapon and players are asking the developers to nerf it again.
The major Season 3 update brought various nerfs and buffs to weapons that shook up the meta. While we knew the sniper rifle meta was really going to change, some players were happy to see that the SMG meta was going to change as well.
For several weeks now, the Owen has totally dominated the Warzone melee meta.
With a nerf to two of the Owen’s most popular attachments, we expected the weapon to lose popularity, but a few days after the update some players realized that nothing really changed. .
