Warzone: This inventory change is infuriating players

Raven Software made some quiet changes to the Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific inventory screen in Season 2 that didn’t really sit well with the community.

Warzone players were happy with all the content that arrived and the changes made in Season 2 but they clearly weren’t impressed with this secret change to the inventory screen.

Season 2 has finally arrived and has reconciled a lot of players to Caldera and the battle royale as a whole. Changes were expected and the developers were able to respond to many requests even if one of these changes was not really appreciated by most players.

Leveling up your weapons can quickly become a tedious task.

Raven Software has decided to make some changes to the Season 2 inventory screen by highlighting when you’re maxed out on ammo or armor plates. But it caused more problems than anything, with players even giving the developers a tip: “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”.

When you reach the maximum of your ammo or your armor plates, they will be highlighted with yellow in your inventory to show you that you cannot have more. But the problem is that it has become complicated to distinguish which object you want to give or ask for because the latter is also marked in yellow.

“Anyone who thought this inventory change was necessary should take a slap. Giving items to teammates in the middle of a firefight is infinitely complicated.”

With over 1,000 interactions on this Reddit post at the time of writing this article, we hope the developers will take note of these comments about the new inventory design of Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific.
