A unique loadout of the Owen, designed by Warzone content creator WhosImmortal, allows CoD: Vanguard’s SMG to achieve the highest TTK of its counterparts.
As Warzone has swept into the second Season of the CoD: Vanguard era, players continue to learn about the best weapons to use on Caldera.
Among those that saw their popularity explode in Season 2 was the Owen, the Vanguard SMG renowned for its high damage, range, and reasonable recoil.
Many players have switched to the Owen after the MP-40 received significant nerfs in the Season 2 update. Additionally according to Warzone YouTuber WhosImmortal, the Owen Gun may become the most deadliest in the game with the right accessories.
The Owen is formidable at close range.
This loadout gives the Owen the best TTK of SMGs in Warzone
In a video, the content creator revealed his setup of Owen for Season 2.
“The other day I was sitting there wondering if there was a way to make this weapon even more powerful. I think I’ve found a loadout of the Owen that gives him an absolutely insane TTK, a TTK that’s even better than before.”
He explained that the major change is to attachments that improve rate of fire and damage. This means bullets will hit enemies harder and more frequently. This means in particular the addition of Kurz 60 round 8mm Drum Magazines to support this rate of fire.

As you might expect, the Owen’s recoil is a little harder to control. So it will take practice to get used to it.
But the payoff is clearly worth it, because once you’ve mastered the weapon, no SMG will allow you to take out your enemies that quickly.
