Wasn’t wearing a muzzle – neighbor’s dog bit pensioner (83) in the forearm

Painful incident in the community of Steinfeld in Spittal an der Drau: A pensioner was attacked and injured by her neighbor’s dog.

An 83-year-old wanted to make her neighbor happy with fresh meat in her luggage. The pensioner opened the fence gate, entered the property and walked towards the front door without suspecting anything bad. Shortly before, she passed the dog house – where she was suddenly attacked. Complaint against dog owner The neighbor’s hunting dog, to which the woman was no stranger, attacked the woman and bit her left forearm. The animal owner intervened immediately, provided first aid and took the bite victim to the hospital in Spittal an der Drau. The hunting dog was not on a leash and was not wearing a muzzle. The owner was reported.
