“We have sometimes been at war”, Claire Keim recounts the complicated filming

Aim for the heart arrives on TF1 on September 1, 2022. This mini series made up of 6 episodes tells the story of Julia Scola, a police captain played by Claire Keim who finds her first love, Novak Lisica, played by Lannick Gautry, whom she had lost of sight for 20 years and who joins his brigade. But, the dramas of the past will resurface…

For Claire Keim, filming was difficult for several reasons. On the one hand, because of the intense and trying intrigue difficult to live because of its sensitivity but also because that did not have it wasn’t always easy for her to shoot with Lannick Gautry and director Vincent Jamain. “I was sometimes at war with them”, told us the one who plays in the series Unfaithful, explaining that she wanted to save moments from the script that the two men wanted to cut.

“I wanted to save the emotional scenes because that was part of the things I was doing this show for,” she explained. The actress thus stood up to her collaborators and she won her case. “I am very proud and Stéphane Marsil (the producer) thanked me for holding on because otherwise the series would have lacked things, passion”, she also affirmed.

The relationship between Claire Keim and Lannick Gautry

If Claire Keim had to fight to keep the emotional scenes inscribed in the script of the series, she appreciated the fact of working with Lannick Gautry whom she has known for many years. “We fiercely defended our roles, we fought to keep certain things but always with respect”, she told us.

The actress further noted:Ultimately we looked like our characters since we respected each other a lot while needing to take some distance from time to time”. Indeed, the two actors alternated moments alone on the set and others where they “reconnected” and spent time together joking and blowing. Indeed, they had one thing in common: they both put a lot of pressure on each other for their respective roles.
