we know the date of return to normal according to the government

Government spokesman Gabriel Attal spoke of an expected date of return to normal, while predicting "heavy weather weeks" to come.

France has been living to the rhythm of the coronavirus for almost a year. The successive waves of contamination have led to various strategies to fight against the disease: confinements in different forms, curfews and more or less severe health restrictions. The Health Defense Council, an entity created in 2020 in response to the pandemic, sheds its opinions very regularly. That of March 3, 2021 could well give balm to the hearts of the French.

Indeed, upon leaving it, Gabriel Attal, government spokesman, spoke of the hope of a "return to a more normal life (…) perhaps from mid-April", even if in the meantime will take place "weeks of heavy weather". Gabriel Attal evoked the fact that "the places which make our social life will reopen, it is a horizon at the end of the tunnel that we must have in sight". And that, thanks to vaccination, he added, reaffirming that the government intended to maintain a "differentiated response" faced with a situation "heterogeneous" in the territories.

A press conference will take place on Thursday March 4, before any announcements of local reconfigurations on March 6, 2021. "We are conducting consultations with local elected officials, with regional players, so that additional measures – if they prove to be necessary – can be taken as soon as possible", underlined Gabriel Attal.
