Meteo France announced Tuesday, November 21, 2023 the forecasts for the week. And winter is well and truly setting in, with the arrival of a cold snap across France. “The mistral and the tramontane will strengthen”, announces the meteorological service. As of this Wednesday, November 22, 2023, the anticyclone will bring cool, dry weather and temperatures will approach seasonal norms. Snow should fall on the hills in the Pyrenees and showers are expected across the rest of the southwest mountain range. In Corsica, precipitation is expected and thunderstorms will hit the west of the Isle of Beauty.

An expected drop in temperatures

In terms of temperatures, a drop is expected on Wednesday November 22, 2023. In the Grand-Est, it is announced that small jellies (between 0 and -3 degrees) localized in the morning. “The maximums will start to rise again in the northern half but will plateau a little below the season averages in the South-West”, still announces the meteorological agency.
