Weather: fog on the Basque coast, sunny South

ATith a very cloudy sky in the northern third and sunny in the south, the fog will be tenacious in the plains of the South-West, Tuesday February 8, according to Météo-France. From Brittany to Hauts-de-France and from Pays de la Loire to the north of the Centre, from Burgundy, then to the north of Alsace, the sky will remain cluttered with clouds all day. A few rare drops will fall here and there, rather near the Channel coast.

In the plains of the South-West, inside the triangle going from Charente-Maritime to the Toulouse country and the Basque coasts, fog will be very frequent in the morning. They will sometimes take several hours to dissipate, but sunny spells will prevail in the afternoon. Elsewhere, the sun will be largely dominant after the rapid dissipation of some locally freezing fog in the Center and East valleys.
