TThroughout the day on Monday February 28, a low activity disturbance will hover over Brittany. It will give scattered rains which will reach the Cotentin at the end of the day, according to the Météo-France bulletin. Ahead, from the Pays de la Loire towards Normandy, the morning grayness will dissipate, but the sky will remain covered with thick clouds at altitude. The patches of low cloud present over the Pyrenees will dissipate in the morning to give way to a sunny day.

On the rest of the country, the mists or morning fogs, on the South-West or the Val de Saône in particular, will disintegrate, the day will then take place under a bright sun.
On the temperature side, thanks to large clearings, frosts will be frequent in the interior of the country at daybreak. The minimums will be between 5 and 8 degrees in the North-West, on the shores of the Mediterranean. The maximum will reach 10 to 13 degrees over the northern half of the country, 14 to 16 further south, up to 19 to 20 in Aquitaine.
