The exceptional scorching episode which accompanied the return to school for the French will finally settle down. These waves of bad weather will cross France from West to East, from the Atlantic to the reliefs of the Alps to the Grand Est in the first part of the week. From midday on Monday, the first depressions will appear near the Atlantic coasts. These disturbances will move in the evening and at night until Tuesday towards Île de France, Normandy, Hauts-de-France and Champagne-Ardenne with temperatures between 23 and 26 degrees. From Tuesday, the stormy trend is confirmed and extends over the majority of the country, with the exception of the Provence-Alpes Côte d’Azur region, in Corsica and the North-West where temperatures will be between 21 and 23 degrees in the northern half of France, and 26 and 30 degrees for the southern half. On Wednesday, the wave of disturbances will move east of the Rhône and the Saône, causing a heavy rainy episode. The second part of the week will nevertheless be more pleasant, with the return of the sun from Thursday and temperatures between 21 and 26 degrees in the northern half, and a maximum of 30 degrees in the southern half. The risk of thunderstorms is also high as we approach next weekend. An uncertain week with milder temperatures but a strong risk of precipitation.
