The sun and the cold are widespread in a large part of France, except in Corsica where the rain is in order.

The weather is sunny in this week of February. The weather is improving around the Mediterranean. However, Haute-Corse is taking an exceptional measure and is placed under an orange alert for heavy rain, with even snow from 1300 meters above sea level, according to the Weather Channel*. Southwest side, in Occitania and in New Aquitaine, the morning is very sunny, except in the Basque Country and the Gulf of Lion where the sky is overcast. These clouds spread throughout the region, particularly in the Aquitaine basin. The sky clears again overnight. In the morning the temperatures vary between -4 and 5°C and the maximum reaches 3 to 9°C during the day.
