Southwest side, in Occitania and in New Aquitaine, the morning is very sunny, except in the Basque Country and the Gulf of Lion where the sky is overcast. These clouds spread throughout the region, particularly in the Aquitaine basin. The sky clears again overnight. In the morning the temperatures vary between -4 and 5°C and the maximum reaches 3 to 9°C during the day.
