On Monday morning there are problems with the login at Web.de, as many users tell us. The disorder primarily affects certain parts of Germany.
We are currently receiving numerous reports via our error message for Web.de that the login is not working properly. The first reports of the problems reached us on Monday morning. The exact cause of the difficulties is not known at this time.
Users are particularly affected in the south-west of Germany, but we also receive fault reports from some large cities such as Berlin, Düsseldorf and Munich.
Simultaneous disturbance with GMX
At the same time, problems arise with the GMX e-mail service, which, like Web.de, belongs to the 1&1 group. It is quite possible that the problems affect the overarching network. You may be able to log in again if you try some of our tips for a better internet connection.
If they don’t help, your problem actually has something to do with the problems at Web.de. In this case you can only wait until the problem has been fixed.
