Web.de: Problems with the free mailer

WEB.DE

Many users of the free mail service Web.de report problems receiving their e-mails via our fault service. We will inform you about the current situation.

Many users of the Web.de e-mail service report problems receiving their e-mails and logging in via our fault indicator. The website also seems to be causing problems, which we in the editorial office could not find out for ourselves.

Our disruption map also makes it clear that western Germany and large cities in particular are affected by the disruption. Most reports come from the cities of Berlin, Frankfurt am Main, Munich and Solingen. In the same areas, there are also problems with the GMX mailer.

There has been no official statement so far. As soon as we have news about both providers, you will receive an update on the current situation here.
