(Boursier.com) — For the first half of the 2022 financial year, the group wedia -SaaS solution and consulting for marketing players- achieved consolidated revenue of 8.4 ME, up +4% compared to the 1st half of the 2021 financial year (8.1 ME). During this half-year, the Wedia group announced the acquisition of 100% of the capital of the company Tripnity (Iconosquare software), which has been consolidated since May 1, 2022 and represents a little over 900 kE of turnover on the semester.

During this semester and despite a wait-and-see context in the market for investments in marketing solutions, recurring SaaS revenues supported the Group’s growth.

The international share now represents 27% of turnover, compared to 14% in the first half of the previous financial year.

Outlook 2022

Backed by a successful track record, Wedia continued its external growth policy this first half with the acquisition of Tripnity last May. This operation allows Wedia to carry out a strategic reinforcement in the market for the management and distribution of marketing content. With this operation, the group anticipates strong growth in recurring SaaS revenues for the whole of the 2022 financial year.

Wedia confirms its objective, by 2024, to join the Top 5 players in the world market and to achieve a turnover of more than 30 ME.
