PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)–The investment company Wendel announced Thursday that its chairman of the management board, André François-Poncet, intends to leave his functions and that the name of his replacement will be announced during the second semester.
“André François-Poncet has announced his intention to soon hand over his mandate as chairman of the management board to the supervisory board in order to devote himself to personal projects,” Wendel said in a press release.
“He will continue to perform his duties until the end of the appointment process and the arrival of the next chairman of the management board,” Wendel said.
