(CercleFinance.com) – Wendel announced on Monday the appointment of Cyril Marie, an asset management specialist, as Deputy Managing Director in charge of strategy and business development.
In his new position, this former executive of Natixis Investment Managers will be responsible for carrying out growth and external development projects (mergers and acquisitions, management companies and strategic partnerships) as part of the implementation of the new asset management business line for third parties.
Aged 48 and a graduate of Dauphine, Cyril Marie previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer, responsible for strategy and business development at Natixis IM, where he sat on the management committee.
His appointment will take effect on July 25.
