Wendel: Cyril Marie appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Strategy and Corporate Development

(Boursier.com) — Wendel announced the appointment of Cyril Marie as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Strategy and Corporate Development effective July 25. He will be in charge of external growth and development projects – M&A, management companies and strategic partnerships – as part of the implementation within Wendel of a new third-party asset management activity. Cyril Marie, 48, has more than 15 years of experience in asset management. Until now, he was Chief Financial Officer, Head of Strategy & Corporate Development and Member of the General Management Committee of Natixis Investment Managers.
