(CercleFinance.com) – The Wendel Group’s consolidated turnover amounts to €7,127.6 million, up +5.7% based on published data and organic growth of +6.4%. The revalued net assets as of December 31, 2023 stand at €7,118 million, or €160.2 per share.
The total contribution of the Group’s companies to the net income from activities, Group share is 362.1 ME, up +5.9% and the net income from activities, group share amounted to 246.9 ME, up +10.6%.
The Group’s share of net income thus stands at 142.4 ME compared to 656.3 ME in 2022, which then included the result of the sale of Cromology (589.9 ME of disposal gains).
An ordinary dividend of E4.00 per share for the 2023 financial year, up +25% compared to 2022, will be proposed to the General Meeting of May 16, 2024,
