(CercleFinance.com) – The European Commission announces that it has approved the acquisition of France-based Topscale SAS by Luxembourg-based Wendel Luxembourg SA (‘Wendel’).
Topscale is a service provider, active in the European Union, which intervenes in particular in the management of industrial projects and supply chains as well as in the architecture and development of digital digital systems.
Wendel is an authorized alternative fund manager, active worldwide.
The Commission concluded that the proposed merger would not raise competition concerns, as Topscale and Wendel do not operate in competing business sectors.
