(CercleFinance.com) – Wendel announces today that two of its senior directors within the investment team, Charles Goulet and Xavier Lemonnier, have been promoted to associate directors. This promotion will take effect on January 1, 2023.
Charles Goulet, a graduate of ESSEC, joined Wendel’s investment team in 2010 as an analyst. He worked in the Paris and London offices and participated in the investments in Mecatherm and Cromology sold in 2018 and 2022.
Charles Goulet has been in charge of Tarkett since 2021. As such, he is a director of Tarkett Participation and censor of the listed company.
Xavier Lemonnier joined the investment team in 2018 as Director and is now promoted to Associate Director as of January 1, 2023.
Based in the Paris office, Xavier is a member of the Bureau Veritas investment team and a director of Stahl. A generalist by training, Xavier has contributed in recent years to developing the TMT and Education sectors within the investment team in Europe. He is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and ENSAE ParisTech.
