(CercleFinance.com) – Wendel, through its Wendel Growth activity, announces the signing of a definitive agreement for the acquisition of a minority stake in the capital of Tadaweb.
Wendel will invest €15 million in equity to support the company in its growth. The completion of this operation should take place in the first quarter of 2023,
