Wendel: withdrawal of its credit rating by Moody’s – 06/04/2024 at 6:04 p.m.


(CercleFinance.com) – Wendel has decided to no longer request its rating requested by Moody’s from the end of May 2024, particularly in the context of managing its costs.

Wendel has decided to maintain a single credit rating in its capacity as issuer and a bond rating by S&P Global Ratings.

S&P has assigned Wendel a BBB long-term rating and an A-2 short-term rating with a stable outlook since 2019.
