fun, news, tips … what else?

Organized across France, Saturday 20 November 2021, 60 demonstrations by the #NousToutes collective want to move the lines by calling on politicians to make legal and financial commitments against sexual and gender-based violence.

Founded in July 2018, in the wake of the #Balancetonporc and #MeToo movements, the #NousToutes collective has carved out an important place in the fight against violence against women. More broadly, the association opposes all forms of violence “economic, psychological, verbal, physical or sexual, especially when they target people because of their disability, their vulnerability, their age, their social origin, their economic situation, their beliefs, their migrant, their sexual orientation, their gender identity or because they are racialized“. With each new demonstration, open to all, there are more and more activists to raise awareness in society.

In the four corners of France, many have already witnessed the strong emotional actions of the members of their collective or have seen this white typography on a purple background, with terribly shocking sentences. The collective also wants to be the voice of those who dare not speak, and of those who can no longer speak.

Dreaming of a better world

#NousToutes is fighting for the reign of benevolence by asking for the safety and better listening of victims, the sanction of those guilty of various crimes and offenses, and the implementation of drastic measures on the part of the public authorities … A world quite simply safe from violence. “For nearly five years, we have witnessed the government’s communication campaigns and speeches. As for public policies and the financial resources allocated to the fight against violence, the account is not there. At all“, lamented the collective in its call for demonstration on November 20. Several thousand people are in the street today. The exact figures are not yet known.
