This means “choke”: failing a clutch, dying in the game
The English term “choke” means translated into German “to suffocate”. In gaming, the word is applied when you are in a “clutch” and lose it. So you die as the last survivor of your clan. With that, the team lost, so it’s figuratively suffocated, and it’s your fault because you couldn’t defeat the opponents.
For fun, the phrase “clutch or kick” is sometimes used by fellow players with a “clutch” to motivate the last player and prevent a “choke”.
