Their effectiveness is therefore the same. It is in particular for this reason that their price is also similar: 2.18 euros. Health insurance reimburses Doliprane, Dafalgan and Efferalgan up to 65% – only Dolipranecaps 1000mg and Doliprane Codeine 400mg/20mg are not reimbursed. Finally, none of these three analgesics cause undesirable side effects. Note that an overdose or overconsumption of paracetamol can still become toxic for the liver.
