7 at home, does this series speak to you? Obviously, this flagship program of the 90s-2000s attracted thousands of viewers. No one has forgotten the adventures of the Camden family, but what happened to the actors?
Series 7 at home has been broadcast in France between 1999 to 2008 on TF1. For 11 seasons, we followed the adventures of the Camden family, it was an appointment not to be missed. A big family composed of Pastor Eric Camden and his wife Annie. The latter raised their large tribe in the small town of Glen Oak in California. If the number 7 initially designated the number of members in the family, it is then the number of children of the Camdens.
Matt, Mary, Lucy, Simon and Rosie, the twins, Samuel and David. The particularity of the series? Each episode tackled a problem under the prism of religion. The series conveyed values that were traditional to say the least, and showed how God could bring joy and overcome hardships. After the end of the series, some actors became real stars like Jessica Biel and successfully pursued their careers, others have fallen into oblivion. Finally, the cult series was permanently tainted in 2014 following a sex scandal that affected one of the main characters Stephen Collins, alias Eric Camden.
