Three years after the death of Elisa Pilarski, the dog Curtis, responsible for the fatal bites, has been found. He is in a refuge in the south of France according to Planet.fr.
The lifeless body of Elisa Pilarski had been found, by her companion Christophe Ellul, in the forest of Retz, in Aisne in December 2019. The 29-year-old young woman, 6 months pregnant, was covered in dog bites. An hour before his death, the victim had gone out to walk his dog Curtis, as he was used to. This American Pitbull Terrier belonged to Christophe Ellul.
After a thorough investigation, the police had discovered that the dog was indeed responsible for the bites of Elisa. In 2020, Christophe Ellul had been indicted for manslaughter. The Curtis dog, which had been illegally introduced into the country, had been trained in biting, a technique prohibited in France.

Today, the relatives of the victim are still demanding the truth. Christophe Mellul continues to proclaim the innocence of his dog.
