What are the steps to obtain a registration document?
It has been many years since the prefectures’ “registration card” services were replaced by online procedures with the ANTS website (National Agency for Secure Titles). The cost of the registration document is established by taking into account several elements, including the fiscal power of the vehicle and the department of residence. There are sites on the internet that allow you to estimate the price you will have to pay. Once all the procedures have been completed, you will receive your registration document by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt within seven working days.
