How to tell the difference between disliking Christmas and natalophobia?

Several reasons can explain natalophobia. For some, the holiday season may reflect bad memories from childhood or adolescence, enough to bring up trauma in those concerned. This fear is generally felt from December 1 and only increases until the dreaded days of December 24 and 25! Others worry about the holidays because of all that they entail: a mental load, an organization, a hole in the monthly budgetpressure from children or those around them, or even thehe family dinners where we ask annoying questions.

In front of social and family pressure, the French are housed in the same boat: men and women are equally concerned (30%). Natalophobia is not a disorder to be taken lightly: if you are feeling particularly uncomfortable and vulnerable around the holidays, do not hesitate to go consult a psychologist to help you get through this.
