What Pauline does not tell you: how the filming of the series marked Ophelia Kolb physically

This Wednesday, viewers of France 2 will be able to discover the first two episodes of What Pauline does not tell you, a legal mini-series carried by Ophélie Kolb. In the columns of Le Parisien, the actress explains that she did not come out of the shooting unscathed.

You have already seen her in Ten percent, in the guise of Colette Brancillon, the tax inspector who falls in love with Andrea Martel, played by Camille Cottin. This Wednesday, you can find Ophelia Kolb in the mini-series What Pauline does not tell you. The story follows Pauline, a mother suspected of having killed her husband who finds herself having to face justice, but also her in-laws. Worn down by years of moral abuse, the young woman tries somehow to prove her innocence, but each of her attempts drives her deeper. “I recognized myself in her when I don’t have the same life at all,” says Ophelia Kolb. “This way of being resigned at the same time, of not wanting to speak ill of those close to her, of not knowing how to defend herself or how to deal with the legal system… She goes a little headlong, thinking of his family first, without wanting to hurt the people around“With a character as feverish as that of Pauline, halfway between sweetness and ardor, the actress did not experience a shooting of any rest.”Right after filming, I had lumbago“, reveals Ophelia Kolb. “I had to take on a very powerful emotional charge.”

Ophelia Kolb: what are her future professional projects?

Since its beginning of notoriety in Ten percent, Ophelia Kolb connects the projects. The one we expect in 2022 in The passengers of the night alongside Charlotte Gainsbourg and Emmanuelle Béart has just started the filming of Wonderwoman, a series on Bernard Tapie with Laurent Lafitte. She will also star in Ouija, a fantastic series in which she will give the reply to Anne Le Ny and Bruno Solo.
