What to do at Candy Hangover? | Barbara.de

Did you know that people with an innate taste preference are born sweet? This goes back to the hunter-gatherer era, because in nature sweet fruits are rarely poisonous – a vital instinct, so to speak. Today, in the 21st century, it is much easier to get food from which we cannot topple dead. Nevertheless, we have not (yet) been able to overcome our preference for sugar – why should we? Tastes good, makes you happy, yes yes. We know that the white crumbs are anything but good for our body, but let's be honest: we can't really do without it. 4. Eyes closed and through

Showering cold requires a lot of effort. Once we have overcome our bastard, it really pays off: the cold water stimulates our metabolism and our body begins to "work". Our veins and lymphatic vessels are properly challenged and thus advance the detoxification process.

5. The best at the end

We all know them, the relentless fitness gurus who swear by "proper training" in all situations, who sweat out the bad substances (whether sugar or alcohol) and so on. Now we can show them where to go, namely directly towards the sofa. In a candy hangover, viieeel is better than a hardcore workout is rest and relaxation, at most a refreshing walk. Well, if that doesn't sound good …
