In 2022, seduced by the increase in remuneration, which rose from 0.5% in January to 2% in August, they deposited 33.49 billion euros (net inflows) in their booklets A and sustainable and solidarity development booklets (LDDS). At the end of 2022, total outstandings reached €509.7 billion.

As its name suggests, the regulated savings circuits are precisely padlocked. Only a minority (40.5%) of the sums deposited in passbooks remain on the balance sheets of the collecting banks.
