iPhone 15 Pro in titanium, rounded edges on all models… the next generation ofiPhone will bring something new.

The design of the iPhone 15 is starting to take shape. A new leak, this time from leaker ShrimpApplePro, puts a coin back in the machine.

Titanium and rounded edges

According to this source, Apple will make a change to the corner edges of the devices, which will be rounded in shape rather than angular as is currently the case. The informant specifies that this is a trend and that Apple still has time to change its mind by the time the iPhone 15 enters the mass production phase.

The other element of this report concerns the materials used for future smartphones from Apple. The apple brand would have decided to use titanium rather than glass and aluminum. This material has the advantage of being both stronger and lighter than those used by Apple so far, but it is also much more expensive.

It is likely that only the Pro models benefit from this titanium chassis, Apple always trying to control its costs as well as possible on the standard models and to introduce its novelties on the most expensive models. Note that rumors of a titanium iPhone 14 Pro had already arisen before the launch of this one, but in the end nothing happened.

Dynamic Island on the iPhone 15?

The iPhone 15s could catch up with the iPhone Pros when it comes to the notch. The famous Dynamic Island could land on all models of the iPhone 15 series, while it was reserved for the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max on the previous generation.

Also remember that the iPhone 15 will switch to USB-C, with speeds worthy of USB 2.0 for the basic models and USB 3.2 or Thunderbolt 3 for the Pro versions.

It is also possible that the iPhone 15 Pro does not have any real physical button. The start and volume buttons would then be replaced by a hardware interface better integrated into the terminals, similar to that of Touch ID.
