A new update is available for WhatsApp in the App Store. The version 3/23/77 brings a welcome innovation for users that allows you to use other apps during a video call via Messenger. In this case, the video appears as a small image on the mobile phone screen, while the app you are running is displayed in large size. So far, however, the video has ended directly.
In addition to the picture-in-picture mode, the update also brings the following new features according to the changelog:

- You can now add captions when sending documents.
- Longer group subjects and descriptions are now supported to make it easier for you to describe your groups.
- You can now create your own avatars and use them as stickers or profile pictures. To do this, open Settings > Avatar.
However, some of these functions have been available in Messenger for a little longer – such as creating avatars. Why she lists WhatsApp again is unclear.
