When Orelsan leaks the new LFL structure…

At the end of his concert, Orelsan greeted his friends from BK ROG Esports, announcing the arrival of the structure in LFL. Izi Dream, Mirage Elyandra, Team Oplon: who won’t be in the first division in 2023?

The Lower Normandy rapper Orelsan, ambassador of BK ROG Esports, gave the first of the information to the 40,000 people who followed his concert at Paris La Défense Arena this weekend. In a video posted on Twitter, at the end of his performance, he launches: “they have just returned to the LFL, we congratulate them bravo BK ROG!” A leak while the formalization has not been given by Riot for the moment.

BK ROGwho clearly announced his desire to arrive in the LFL in our interview in May, would therefore have bought the slot from Team Oplon like the rumors hinted at it last month. The team would already be in the process of being assembled, and will allow the structure to climb in level, exactly a year after its launch in Div.2 with the acquisition of the slot from GamersOrigin Academy.

7th in LFL Div.2 at the Summer Split, BK ROG could not participate in the playoffs and the race for the climb. For its part, Team Oplon finished in second-to-last place in LFL this season and snatched its maintenance for the LFL 2023 during the Up&Down. The LFL 2023 should therefore largely change its face, with the arrival also of AEGIS, structure of MisterMV, in place of Misfits Premier.

We can then ask ourselves if Izi Dream would not stay in LFL after all, despite its relegation, since the structure would buy the Mirage Elyandra slot, recovered by a Swiss group. Who will make up the LFL ultimately? We are waiting for confirmation from Riot…
