It’s voted: after three weeks of debate, the package of new measures to protect purchasing power was ratified in Parliament with the vote of a dedicated text and the amending finance bill.
Revaluation of allowances, of the index point of civil servants and pensions, abolition of the audiovisual license fee, increase in the fuel discount… most of these nudges will be distributed over the next eight weeks. Here is the provisional payment schedule:
July 31 or August 31
- Revaluation of the index point for civil servants: +3.5% (retroactive effect to July 1)

Catch-up payment in August, then first updated payment in September:
- RSA: +4%
- Activity bonus: +4%
- Allowance for disabled adults: +4%
- Housing assistance (APL, ALF, ALS): +3.5%
August 30
- Student scholarships: +4%
