As usual, the French who travel will mostly take the train. With 4 million tickets sold, the drop compared to 2019 is only 10%, according to the SNCF. Finally, it is a kind of return to normal which even accompanies certain classic destinations, such as New York or the Dom-Tom, with a rise in prices. Rising prices
A situation which, while “prices are comparable to those of 2019”, causes “an increase which will be confirmed in the days and weeks to come”.
Air France, for its part, has increased to 75% of its capacity and also notes a significant return in reservations to the United States and Canada. There will also be people in the coaches: Flixbus has increased its offer by 50% compared to a “normal” year, Lyon and Grenoble are the most popular destinations.
